Nokia Lumia 719 Image Leaks, Is It Headed To China?

We are still awaiting the launch of Nokia's flagship phone, the Lumia 900 but now we also have a leaked image of Lumia 719, of which we heard before CES. The Lumia 719 was expected to be showcased along with the Lumia 900 at CES but Nokia was more focused on their premium device than revealing any details of this phone.

This new device had its name mentioned quite a few times on some technology blogs but there was no clear details about the smartphone other than the device sporting a 3.7-inch Clear Black display and a 5 megapixel rear camera capable of recording HD videos. This was reported last month by #-Link-Snipped-# when the device was with the Bluetooth Special Interest Group for certification.

The above details seems to match somewhat with the image leaked in Weibo, a Chinese social networking site. From the design point of view, the device seems to be a step down from Lumia 800 and more of a spiced up Lumia 710. The message along with the image hinted that the device may be headed to China Telecom and Bluetooth SIG had also reported about the availability of the device in North America, South America and Asia. So we can expect the smartphone on 28th March when Nokia launches Lumia in China.

After all it is a smartphone from Nokia and it can be expected that the company can create a lot of buzz in this emerging market after its launch as we have seen Apple has done with its iPhone.
