Nexus Q Launch Postponed, But PreOrder Customers To Get It Free

According to the email sent to the pre-order customers, the launch of Google's Nexus Q has been postponed. During Google I/O Conference, the attendees did get an early preview of this device and although the ingenuity of the device and its efficiency were greatly appreciated, some functionality issues were reported. So, Google now plans to improve the device by adding more functions to it. Meanwhile, since the wider general customer launch has been postponed, as a kind gesture to the customers who had shown faith in them by pre-ordering the device, Google will now give them the device free of charge.

We had previously #-Link-Snipped-# , the media streaming device revealed during Google I/O keynote last month. Early reviewers had the opinion that this device did not have sufficient features to be carrying a price tag of $299. For the uninitiated, this spherical device features Android 4.1 and can play content from YouTube and stream the media which was bought by the user from The Google Play store.
