New Vancouver bridge closed - design drops "ice bombs" on cars!

The world's widest bridge (cable stayed) that was recently opened in Vancouver had to be closed because ice collected on the cables rained down on the ten lane traffic below, even sending two people to the hospital, one with head injuries. A marvel of civil engineering constructed with the latest technologies having such a problem is raising many questions.
