Need some career advice..

Completed my BE in Computer Engineering and i want to learn more but confused what to do next..

I am good in programming and completed my BE with 8.2 CGPA. I don't have any money issues because my family is rich

So i was thinking about what should i do next..

I came up with two ideas
1st. Prepare for gate 2017 ( in 2months ) and join IIT for M.Tech
2nd. CEH from any popular institute.

but still i am confused so i need help what should i do.. Suggest me anything..

If you're so confident that you'll get IIT in 2 months, then by all means, go for it.

I am sure i can complete it within 2 months.. But still if i get M.Tech degree from IIT will it make any difference for getting JOB ??..

Well, it definitely adds weight if done from IIT or other super premier institute. Any other college and its not so significant.

Opportunity wise, in India, as far as I know, it doesn't really make much difference in the quality of work. Unless you're going to some non-technical field, the only aid Mtech will give is ease of getting a job. Other than that, the quality of work will be same. Again, this is strictly my believe and observation (a very brief one).

2nd. CEH from any popular institute.
I wonder if CEH will actually help unless you are looking for some very specialised job. As Prototype said, go for the GATE. CEH can be learned online as well, IMHO.

What to do?
I'm in puzzle plz guide me..
Ok.. let's start it from my education background sequence:-
Highschool+diploma in electrical engineering(3yr)+2year gap for govt.competitive exam for diploma level (but not success)+B.tech in elect.engg.(lateral entry, recently its my last sem).
As i done diploma instead of intermediate, my technical knowledge is good but mathematical practice & analysis is very poor as i not practiced math and again due to lateral entry in b.tech i also not practiced first year maths(M1&M2) that's why mathematical portion is my weakness.
Now my confusion is that what i should be do GATE or pvt. Job?
If i choose gate coaching i fear about mathematical calculations as there is already hard competition in gate & IITians competing there. But if i choose pvt. Job, i think about my future and my mind saying me that i am giving up or fearing from faces problems. Plz suggest me what do & how do ??
