Motorola, the Lenovo owned company, has launched Moto X 32GB (2nd generation) in India with a price tag of Rs. 32,999. The wood finish and leather back panel versions are bit dearer at Rs. 34,999. Just like Moto G and Moto E, Motorola has signed an exclusivity deal with Flipkart to make the phones available for online purchase only. The uninitiated may note that Moto X has been available in India in the 16 GB variant. It's only now that the company decided to up the specs and include more storage out of the box.

If you are looking to exchange your current smartphone, Motorola's promised to give you about Rs. 6000 off on the MRP. There are several reasons you might want to consider buying the latest model. The Moto X 32 GB runs on the latest Android Lollipop and will be one of the first models in the world to receive all the latest Google Android firmware updates over the air.

On the hardware front, the phone's got 5.2" full HD (1080p) display. At its heart, you'll find a powerful 2.5 GHz quad-core processor, about 2GB of volatile memory (RAM) and water resistant coating. Motorola ships the Moto Voice software in the phone that accepts voice commands to perform various tasks. The camera is impressive with all its 13 mega pixels along with dual LED flash. The front facing camera is just good enough with 2 MP resolution. The phone's also got 2400 mAh battery pack that sails the phone throughout your day.

If you are thinking of buying a new phone, Moto X 32 GB should definitely be among your top 5 considerations. The pure Google experience and preference in receiving updates will keep you ahead in terms of features and security of the overall system. Do let us know your thoughts on this new phone.
