Metal Plate Thickness Measurement
Project Abstract / Summary : In this project we are going to measure thickness of metal sheets as well as thickness of cylinders and tanks by using Ultrasonic Tx-Rx module. It can measure the thickness from 0.5mm onwards. Such type of modules are already available in market but they are too much expensive and also not manufacturing in India. It will start new Era in measurement sector in India
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : As compare to the Foreign Manufacturers Only 10% of money is required to build this module in India. Low cost, Easy to Use, Portable and gives precise reading. Available product cost in market is above 35000/- and we r going to implement this module below 10000/-
