There are several things you will have to define for yourself. Also, the 'dream job' needs to be defined; and no institute will guarantee that you get a job after completing the course. It doesn't matter whether it's a private University or government backed; your most trustworthy resource is the institute's track record. Define your dream job and see if your dream company has hired in the institute you wish to apply to.
Collecting the data would be time consuming; but worth the effort. -

It is good enough. Education is good enough and placement is there, though dream jobs depends on the branch in which you get admission.
