    Maybe you can modify this tree climbing robot to have suction cup feet to climb windows and clean them.

    well what you need to do first is design a mechanism just like ramani sir gave a link. Then you need to supply power. Ask your friend who is major in electrical or electronics will design a circuit to give power in desire flow.
