Infosys TalentEdge: Integrated Talent Management System

Infosys today unveiled the "Infosys TalentEdge - Integrated Talent Management System". This cloud-based platform will be delivered on the outcome-based pricing model to the subscribers. The product is aimed at streamlining entire HR lifecycle so that companies can reduce their operating costs. Infosys claims that leading enterprises operating across various domains in the industry are using the cloud based talent management system developed by Infosys. Gartner's James Holincheck published a report titled "The Talent Management Suit Market Emerges" in May 2011. The report indicates that there's a clear market for the talent management systems.
