The android developer community was bit skeptic about the public release of ICS code. Google did not release the Android 3.0 Honeycomb code to public, stating that it was meant to be run only on tablet computers. Google's Andy Rubin, VP of Engineering actually thought that letting the open source community design the UI & functionality may result in bad user experience. Google also #-Link-Snipped-# about documenting APIs for calendar and text to speech for Android. We're quite sure that the Android developer community will be excited to hear this news. Stay tuned for further updates.
