IBM India & IBM Daksh have won NASSCOM's 'Best IT Services and Products Company' and 'Best BPO Company' respectively.
These awards encourage, recognise and honour IT and BPO organisations that have implemented policies and practices for diversity and inclusivity and enable women to contribute to the success of the enterprise at all levels in the organization.
The awards were declared at NASSCOM's Diversity and Inclusivity Summit 2010.
