2:-setup firewall Ex:ipchains programme
3:-setup itrusion Detection system ex:snort
4:-check unintentional changes ex:Tripwire
5:-Backup system often

What should we do after a system is hacked?

1:-shutdown the system
2:-separate system from network
3:-Restore the system with backup or reinstall all programs
4:-connect the system to network
5:-it can be good to call the cycber crime investigators..
