How to fill an open portion in Solidworks?

We are designing a frame with hollow pipes and we are using TIG welds to fill the openings.
But in Cad Model we still have openings at the joints.Can anyone suggest us some idea

    I used to work on SW a few years ago. Sounds like the problem could be solved with the fill/cap command or something similar.
