help needed regarding voltmeter

Guys if we connect any load across the voltmeter(any thing the changes the voltage) there will percentage error introduced in the voltmeter.Is there any way so that we can introduce another error so that it nullifys the percentage error????.Can we write algorithm for this?????

    I would think that you would be better of using a higher cost unit with tolerances best to fit your application.
