Global Health _ WIKI of 100 low cost medical devices

University of Michigan has compiled an open source catalogue (currently more than 100 entries) of low cost medical devices.
The Global Health Medical Device Compendium is hosted by wiki Appropedia.
Many of the devices take into account lack of continuous power, clean running water and such infrastructural limitations common to the third wolrd (I do dislike that term).
