Fresher salaries equal to or greater than those with 1 year experience in IT

I had observed an interesting thing during my tenure as a software engineer with a leading IT company. Many times, the fresh campus recruits were offered salary equal to or even more than that of the employees with 1+ years of experience.

It often led to frustration among the experienced employees that the fresh candidates joining their teams, doing even lesser work were getting paid higher or equally with them.

    I and some of teammate disussed this and put this point to PM and asked for a suggestion ,so they asked us to consult HR and put our point,so let you know later the result.In my opinion there should be first market correction to balance the salary

    This has to be changed!Then what makes the difference between freshers who have no experience and the experienced people?

    This is the truth of most of IT companies. This is the main cause why people switch company early. I think if there is a balance of salaries in the market then resource can work with more stability and for a longer period with the company. We also escalated this issue with the BU Head. They are now making few changes in the policy to overcome this.
