    Not sure what you want to know. What exactly are you intending to do? Do you wish to propose to develop a software for your client's needs? A little more description of your need would help us help you. I'm tempted to move this thread to entrepreneurship/startups section.

    Actually I am going to take part in a software proposal event in my college and for this i have to submit a proposal report. that's why i want to know the format for writing that report.
