consultancy?

😒 hello, i need a consultant (small and yet experienced) to then place my project within the capable hands of a consultant (large and yet still working
prototypes) to achieve optimal creativity, disabling insular productivity (as real term specialties of companies used) within overall elemental balance.
the project involves:
1. f.p.g.a/alternate custom c.p.u design, peripheral design, PCB design,
touch screen design,advanced operating system design intelligence.
2. rac mount enclosure and chassis design,unit cross-over management. peripheral enclosure design.
3. advanced RF intelligence inc. shielding.
(all as production rather than conceptual)
