CE Frontpage Switching To A Simpler Layout

Just wanted to give you an idea of what we're currently working on. The CrazyEngineers frontpage design we adopted months ago is being switched to a very simple layout. We wish to operate it more like a blog than a content management system. That is, you will see all our VoiCE Posts and Small Talks being the front page headlines.
It also means that the frequency of posts on CE frontpage will be quite higher than what it is right now. We plan to include a large variety of stuff on CE Frontpage. We'll also start accepting guest posts on the front page by CEans. So you'll have the opportunity to be on CE's front page and be famous among our global engineering audience!
Why are we making the changes:-
1. Our current look is pretty, but not very useful. Most often, more content is published to our official blog 'VoiCE' but not to Small Talks.
2. Under current layout, the VoiCE posts aren't clearly visible (unless of course you know how to visit VoiCE).
3. It will also pressure our editors to add great content for all of you.
We're currently performing tests and see whether everything works fine. Final decision and implementation will only follow if we're 100% satisfied with the results.
