  I have just heard about these tools from my friend which can be used to develop these applications in an easy way ,I never used such kind of tools before. If you search on Google, you will be able to find many such tools that can be used, but only for development of quiz application, survey etc not for apps like farmville.

  Now let us start this project again and finish it as soon as possible
  
  Before begining ,I would like to tell you that knowledge of facebook api is not mandatory in order to develop a fully functional facebook application.
  
  Facebook API just provides us various classes,function in order to take full advantages of facebook platform for example in order to fetch user profile information,send invitation to your friends to join application,Post results on your wall.
  
  Overall it requires following to develop an application
  1:-A Genuine Domain like Example Domain where you will host your application,facebook will never allow you to host your application on their server or a sub domain which you can easily get by just signing up on some sites like #-Link-Snipped-# etc.
  2:-Knowledge of HTML,CSS
  If you have above mentioned things you can easily develop your application without any problem
  
  Now Coming to facebook application registration
  
  To register your application ,first you have to create an account on facebook
  
  After creating account,then move your mouse to lower right corner click on #-Link-Snipped-#, where you will see many options .
  
  Click apps on facebook link here -->#-Link-Snipped-#
  
  After that a new page will open where a detailed explanation of how to register an Facebook application is already given

  I just took the quiz on this FB App. It was nice, similar to other apps. Since it is in the testing phase, there are things which can be improved in the Front End like appearance etc.
