CDAC 2015 results, ranks and center preferences can be discussed for the session 2015 here. Please post your current rank and if you have questions about center preferences; please post them below. As always, you can ask your questions, doubts and post feedback as well.

The top question that's being asked is which is the most preferred center for CDAC courses and it turns out that the centers at Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune have gotten the top rank. I'm no expert on the CDAC matters; but I'm pretty sure the collective help from all the members will be very useful.

Where exactly are you located? Are you willing to travel? I think that would influence your choice of center a lot.

CDAC Pune shows 240 seats for DAC and Sunbeam Gultekdi shows 220 so I am confident about Gultekdi atleat, but would love to get selected at CDAC Pune. Or should I opt for bangalore over sunbeam???

Cdac noida is not private, it is govt.

i guess we can apply for the first round till 14th as mentioned.
But the main deal is to choose wisely between the centres.
As once locked the pattern could not be changed

Take your sweet time until 13th and decide what your preferences are. Don't hurry for list submission since it remains the same for the second round too. Just wait, get a better idea from other people and realise what will be a good preference list.

I think, and mind you am not sure, but IACSD Pune is a good one. Infoway and know-it aren't that good from what I've heard.

ya sure ..you will easily get that..providing you put that first in your list
otherwise if you alloted any other seat then you cannot change that
so one has to choose the insti's accordingly

issue/question : while entering preferences this happened to me -
i chose 2 centres : 1 cdac ACTS pune , 2 sunbeam pune ...then thanks to that tenacious message asking me to save i clicked on 'save' .....the site froze for sometime....in my bafflement i clicked 5-6 more times ....and i guess i may have accidently clicked on 'lock' too. so now it wont let me add more preferences....i m afraid what if i do not get a seat in these two centres !? (T_T) . seriously plz help , any advice . this cant happen to me!

MY QUESTION- i am not sure about the center i should opt for.lemme tell u abt myself first.. i am a MSc. electronics postgraduate with already specialized in microcontrollers and VLSI design. i have worked on front end awa back end platforms on VLSI during my PG. i am very willing to go into pgdvlsi or pgdesd or big data. but m not sure abt which centers would be the best for me also i am a delhiite.. i do not have any problem in going to pune or smwhr else either.even i've done my pg frm indore but this time i want to stay in noida just for my family reasons. a lil bit confused.. please help.

issue/question : while entering preferences this happened to me -
i chose 2 centres : 1 cdac ACTS pune , 2 sunbeam pune ...then thanks to that tenacious message asking me to save i clicked on 'save' .....the site froze for sometime....in my bafflement i clicked 5-6 more times ....and i guess i may have accidently clicked on 'lock' too. so now it wont let me add more preferences....i m afraid what if i do not get a seat in these two centres !? (T_T) . seriously plz help , any advice . this cant happen to me!

dont worry, if you dont get alloted you can try in the second round

both pune and banglore are the best. placements are better in pune a bit more than banglore. VITA Mumbai also had good placement record

sorry but i couldnt understand what exactly are u saying
you can apply for any course that you eligible for (coming unders Section A+B).
Talking about your rank..you do have chances...just have patience ...first fill the prefrences and u might get a good centre in the second round of seat allotment.

MY QUESTION-Hello,My name is MOHIT EKUNCHWAR. I have scored decent rank in CCAT(i.e. A+B=61). I want to about the Facility,Faculty,Teaching (i.e. how well can average student can understand. I want answer module wise) and overall experience about ACTS,Pune. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thank You.

the faculty is good ,but the courses are going to be very rigorous as I have heard u need to train atleast 10-12 hours a day,and u are going to take admission in very good institute so the competion will also be tough .

i think its getting to messy here ,cant figure out anything ,those who have knowledge of the centers with placements should post the ranking according to that that will solve everyone problem so please post that as i know the best courses are dac and dmc then dbda

if you're looking for the best centre and not the course then go for PGDMC CDAC Pune...It's the best one.

well i don't have the records of the placements..
but the top ones include banglore(both ones),hyd,cdac pune,sunbeam
your rank is quite good.. you must opt for cdac pune..its the best

others..that are next to best are hyd, pune and chennai..

There are only 100 seats in banglore DESD.. as mentioned on the website
to be practical your chances are very less..
