Bloodhound SSC Engine Discussions

We published our Small Talk with the Chief Engineer of Bloodhound SSC Project : #-Link-Snipped-#

I'm so impressed by the extreme engineering the team is putting into this car. I'd like to see a discussion on the engine of Bloodhound SSC. I'm sure Automobile and Mechanical engineers would have lots of interesting insights.

Yes biggie.I will of course like to follow the future course of this car.Actually I am impressed by their thinking of using three engines. But I think there is more to it.The main problem I think it can possibly never run on roads. In that case the maglev trains in China are more preferable.
But the main question is,will it be commercially successful? Are people thinking in that direction?
But anything you say,we have actually made a revolution in this thing. 😀

Surprized, there are no posts in this thread. Isn't it the most interesting car of this year? Come on, folks!
