Blocking IDM access from some website using KIS 2011

Hi friends, from some times I try to block access of IDM to few websites using KIS 2011. I try to search net and kaspersky.com; and try whatever I understand, but unsuccessful.

I can totally block access of IDM of internet. But I only want to block few urls. I try to add new rule in KIS, but unsuccessful.

Can anyone help me for this.😔
