Amarok Consultants P1 Electric Bike Ready To Race
Canada's Amarok Consultants are ready to enter the TTXGP international racing series for electric powered motorcycles with the P1 Electric Bike. Amarok isn't trying to break any world record for the fastest electric bike, but they're happy with the development of lightweight, 75HP electric motorcycle.
The motorcycle is powered by a 7.5 Kwh battery which drives the bantam 325 pound body into motion. The two Agni 95 motors give the necessary RPMs to the motorcycle to push it beyond 200 km/h speed. The company's website mentions that the team doesn't intent to fight physics, but play with it.
Amarok Consultants started work on P1 Electric Bike as a design exercise, however, they developed a fully working model of the bike in due course of time. The team is focused on better design and simpler solutions. The team isn't stopping yet. They are planning to build 275 pound bike as the next generation of this bike.
