Algorithms of Gaussian filters

i have one qustion about algorithms Gaussian filters in matlab .

we know fspecial function creates Gaussian filters using this algorithm :



and n1 , n2 ,sigma is certain . but i dont know how to solve enominator !!!! 😭😔
