Acer CloudMobile Launch On 5th September 2012; Preorder Begins

Online shopping sites tend to provide more information about devices even before they are listed on the official company website. Thanks to preorder facility supported by Expansys we now have a confirmed release date for Acer CloudMobile which is 5th September 2012. Details of this smartphone were #-Link-Snipped-#  prior to MWC 2012 when it won the iF Design Award. According to the online shopping site the device has also received “Titane” as its other name.

Although the website seems to be mum regarding the specifications, but we can surely tell you that it features CloudMobile, a feature that lets users access the contents of their smartphone anytime, this feature had been previously revealed in CES 2012. Other specifications which may be found in the device include a 4.3-inch 720p screen running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, HSPA and Wi-Fi, DLNA, GPS and Dolby Sound technology. The smartphone might also get a Jelly Bean upgrade. The smartphone is set to cost 284.99 pounds and will be available in United Kingdom and other European markets.
