Are 4 Years of Engineering Degree Mostly Wasted?

Do you think you have wasted (or are wasting) 4 important years of your life studying engineering? Of course, the actual knowledge you gain in engineering college has very limited value in the job markets.

I graduated in 2003 (I'm old 🙌 ) and we used to think that we are wasting time attending classes. I mean, that was the general feeling most of my friends had.
