jeffrey samuelCan a non Android mobile be used to access CE website with all its functionalities

The blog utilizes a responsive design (but it's not very finished yet). The forum is getting its own mobile style / android app soon.

One bug i found while accessing CE from Android, that after hitting "Post" it gives an error & it asks to go back & hit reload.
