Twitter: Now Change Who Can Reply After You've Twitted

Twitter will now let you change who can reply after you've tweeted. Earlier, the facility was available only at the time of creating the tweet; and you could not change it after the tweet was published. The feature has been rolled out to every twitter use. That should give you some relief.
