I’m part of an engineering-focused team in India, and we’re currently seeking a telephone operator to support our day-to-day client communications.

We sincerely want to hire a female Telecaller who can work comfortably from home. All you need is a mobile phone, and the role is simple and straightforward. Your main responsibility will be to make calls to potential and existing clients—many of whom are part of the engineering or infrastructure sector—to share information about our team’s services (tailored for engineering-related needs) and assist with their queries. You’ll also maintain clear records of calls and follow up with clients when required.

We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, aged between 20 and 50. Good communication skills, patience, and a polite attitude are essential for this role. The work environment is relaxed with no complicated tasks, and it’s an ideal opportunity if you want to work from home with flexible hours while supporting a team that’s part of the engineering ecosystem.
