Yu Yunique 2 with 13 MP rear camera, integrated TrueCaller feature launched in India at INR 5,999
Home spawned YU Televentures, a joint venture between Cyanogen Inc and Micromax Informatics Limited has unveiled a new device dubbed Yu Yunique 2. The device would retail exclusively via Flipkart starting Thursday. Priced at Rs.5,999 Yunique 2 features a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC it is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. According to a company statement it comes integrated with Truecaller feature with a built-in caller ID and spam detection, for dialing and messaging purposes. There is a provision of 16 GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 64 GB). The new handset comes as an improvement over the #-Link-Snipped-#. Backed up by a battery power of 2500mAh battery Yunique 2 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.
The dual-SIM smartphone comes with the support for myriad of languages as- Hindi, Chinese, English, Indonesia, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Portugal, Mexican, Spanish, Polish, German, Turkish, Viet, Thai, Ukrainian and Japanese. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB port while the sensors on the device include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and a proximity sensor.
Camera-wise Yunique 2 sports a 13 MP rear camera with Auto Focus, rear flash, Zoom Level: 4, and Multi Shot features. On the front there is a 5 MP snapper with fixed focus.
