FILTER FOR LIQUID NITROGEN

I want to design a Liquid Nitrogen pouring system for the Charge Coupled Device(CCD) of a Telescope. Please suggest the model/manufacturer for the suitable fluid filter, which could be used as a filter unit for the system.
