With Lenovo A3900, The Chinese Get A New Dual SIM Android Smartphone

Priced at $80 (~Rs. 5100), the new Android Kitkat smartphone Lenovo A3900 has been unveiled in China. The Dual SIM phone comes in two colours black and pearl white and features a 5 inch screen with 480 x 854 resolution (196 ppi) display. Running the Lenovo Vibe user interface, the A3900 specs talks of 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage (with 32GB microSD support). Powered by a Quad Core 1.2 GHz (MediaTek) processor, this phone comes with a 2300 mAh battery and support for 3G, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB and Wi-Fi support. On its 8.95 mm thin body, there's a 5 megapixel camera on the rear and a 2 megapixel snapper on the front. All the basic sensors - Gravity, Proximity, Light and Accelerometer are in place.

From the specifications, it is okay to say that Lenovo A3900 is a budget smartphone and therefore it's the price that's the important focus here. The company also recently unveiled the K3 Note phone in its home country, however there's no word about the phone's launch in markets other than China.

Even though it might be difficult for Lenovo to tackle Xiaomi and Micromax and Moto in India, its powerful smartphone Lenovo A6000 has been able to make its mark this year.
