Retrode 2 - Play SEGA GENESIS & Nintendo Games On PC

After 3 years of hacking, Retrode 2 game adapter is ready to rock your old SEGA and Nintendo games on your PC. The port allows you to fit two cartridges and hook it up to your PC. You'll have to download an emulator on your PC and connect the adapter to your PC via USB ports. The whole thing costs $85 and the shipments are available right now.

    Seeing those cartridges brings back incredible nostalgia! As I personally have Linux I would use RetroArch since it brings multiple emulators into one interface and offers CRT shaders (like Old TVs), rewind, save states, and optional run-ahead to reduce input latency.

    Within RetroArch, Snes9X is a great choice for Super Nintendo Entertainment System games, while Genesis Plus GX provides extensive support for Sega systems. Snes9x is also available as a standalone emulator.
