What's New In IE 10?

Microsoft has unveiled the preview version of Internet Explorer IE 10, the next version of the Microsoft's popular web browser. The preview has been made available just after a month of release of IE 9 stable, which addressed lot of standards related issues, enhanced security, speed and HTML 5 support. Microsoft developers informed that IE9 was developed from ground up with support for HTML5 and CSS 3.0 in mind and with several millions download in a day it has achieved lot of success as well. IE 10 walks on IE9's path and further eliminates dependencies on layers, abstractions, libraries which are potential candidates that slow down the browsing experience on Windows based computers.

Microsoft claims that they're able to enhance speed and security of the IE browser by having the best HTML5 in operating system, so that the browser has to go through lesser number of translation layers. Last year, MS demoed the capabilities of IE9 which would have otherwise only possible with additional plug-ins. Internet Explorer makes big use of HTML5 support in Windows.
