What should University test?

As I read through #-Link-Snipped-# here I found #-Link-Snipped-# statement of type A and B students are 100% true. And also the effect on these students in placements also as #-Link-Snipped-# said there.

This lead me to another question which I think is suited for a debate.

What should an University test in Engineering students?
