hi,i am a ece 3rd year student i have an interest in software field but don't have proper guidence.i want to know that what qualities should i improve and which subjects thorough knowledge should i have to join it help me.also tell me about the other fields except communication field after b.tech.0

If want job in software you can directly sit in company like TCS for pool campus they do not ask for particular discipline and for that you must have knowledge of basic programing in c ++, Java etc. and they will train you the bestâ¦.
And if you just want to learn then there are many free online course available in YouTube by NAPTEL like this link

And if are so much interested in software then I would recommend you to go for M.tech in any software discipline
