#-Link-Snipped-# : I'd refrain from drawing any conclusions from the results. People would tend to appear extroverts most of the times because that seems to be a 'cooler' option. That said, it's very easy to fool the test with a very limited set of question. For the real picture, you need at least 80-100 questions set which contains differently worded questions. TCS used to conduct such tests. I'm not sure whether they continue to do that.
