Well. I do not agree with your answer.
Et cetera is the Latin expression that means "and other things", or "and so forth". It is used to express the series of similar things involved in a discussion, which can be abandoned in the expression by writing etc. etc has been added to almost all English dictionaries to represent such discussions.
For ex. If an owner of a shop wants to list all the items in his shop, he may avoid writing some items by putting 'etc' at the end of the list.
Sentence - Following are the list of items you may find here - Soaps, Toothpaste, Wheat, Rice, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, etc. -

few things we know that can be pronounced, we feel lazy to spell remaining. thats why we put etc( indirectly we hiding our thinking capacity)
from your example.
1. Shopowner saying soaps, toothpaste etc...
or
2. Shopowner saying Soaps, Toothpaste, Wheat, Rice, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, etc
In above two sentences which one we accept, first or second.
if you say first one..it means less thinking capacity
if it is second one..it means .? -

As per the dictionary meaning -
et cetera
/ɪt ˈsɛtrə/
1.
and the rest; and others; and so forth: used atthe end of a list to indicate that other items of thesame class or type should be considered orincluded
2.
or the like; or something else similar
As per your definition,
Mr. ShameemEt is and.
cetera is rest of the things. And the meaning you said,,
Mr. Shameemetc = means end of thinking capacity.
seems conflicting.
Also, the sentences you said,
Mr. Shameem1. Shopowner saying soaps, toothpaste etc...
or
2. Shopowner saying Soaps, Toothpaste, Wheat, Rice, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, etcIn the second sentence - The speaker has written Soaps, Toothpaste, Wheat, Rice, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, etc AND not in first sentence. If the same speaker writes these two sentences at two different places, you can not say that, at one place, the speaker's thinking capacity is ended. Correct?
Can you please quote from where you got the meaning? In turn, the discussion will be more healthy. -

if it is second one..it means .?U call it lazy, I call it handy,
For example, if u are explaining what is a city?
After giving a definition, u can give examples by saying for eg. Chicago, Beijing etc.
Else good luck narrating all the cities of the world and not being lazy 😀
