Voice to Multi-Lingual Text/voice Conversion Application
Project Abstract / Summary : This project is a new approach of speaking to the computer to create text documents in various Indian languages. A speech synthesizer and a speech converter will work in conjunction to convert the speech of the user to any particular language selected by the user.This software package can be readily used by non-programming personal avoiding human handled chance of error.
· We are able to learn or understand other Indian languages easily.
· We can easily dubbed different Indian languages videos to the desire language.
· It create easy and reliable environment for the users.
Why did you choose to work on this project topic : For the past several decades, designers have processed speech for a wide variety of applications ranging from mobile communications to automatic reading machines. Speech recognition reduces the overhead caused by alternate communication methods. Speech has not been used much in the field of electronics and computers due to the complexity and variety of speech signals and sounds. However, with modern processes, algorithms, and methods we can process speech signals easily and recognize the text. Also With this project we can fill the conversion gap between
a ordinary Indian and other person.

This project has a large scope as it has the following features which help in making it easy to use, understand and modify it:
• Liberty of those user who face difficulties of writing those languages which they don’t know like English.
• The user has liberty from keyboard.
• The user can quickly create his own documents in his own preferred Indian language.
• The user can understand different Indian languages easily.
