Video Streaming Between Laptop & Phone Using Bluetooh [2.0, 3.0]?

I'm wondering whether it's possible to stream video via bluetooth between a laptop and say a mobile or another laptop? I know Wi-Fi would make the job easy, but we're specifically talking about bluetooth. I'm not sure if there's any format that'd make the transfer possible via v2.0 + EDR [~2 Mbps ] and v3.0+HS [~24 Mbps]. What I hear is that Bluetooth 3.0 can be used for live video streaming, but I'm not aware of the overall setup required. I'd welcome inputs from our CEans.
