Twitter Follows GTalk On Outage Day: Rants Will Have To Wait

Ok, so a lot of people are unable to speak out their minds at the moment (virtually, of course), as micro-blogging site Twitter too goes down soon after Google's GTalk. The GTalk outage survived over five hours during which users were unable to chat up or transfer messages. The issue has now been resolved, states Google. Twitter confirmed of the problem and stated that the site's down because their engineers trying to resolve the issue where many users are unable to access their accounts. But apart from this they let out no other detail.

Users accounted Twitter outages from various parts of North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The sooner the site resurrects the better, as the Olympics is just about to start and Twitter won't want to lose out on such a tweet-flooding chance.
