Toshiba AT300 Tablet Unveiled; Powered By Tegra 3 & Runs On ICS

Toshiba unveiled the cheapest quad-core tablet, the new AT300 running Android Ice Cream Sandwich on Thursday. This device is packed with a quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor clocked at 1.4GHz and a 1GB DDR3L RAM. The 10.1 inch LED display in the AT300 hosts 1,280 x 800 pixel-resolution and will be available in two storage renditions of 16GB or 32GB respectively.

The tablet will also feature a 5 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera (both being flash enabled), along with a microUSB and microHDMI port, Bluetooth 3.0, stereo speakers, and a SD card slot to maximize storage options. The company is expected to start shipping this 8.95mm thin and 590g heavy device by June end for £329 (16GB model) and £379 (32BG model)
