Phonelocator Periodic is a free phone tracking service. It supports GPS, Wi-Fi and cell ID tracking. Phonelocator Periodic runs in the background and periodically updates the phone's location to the Phonelocator server. Updates can also be triggered remotely by sending a text message to the phone that starts with the word 'Update'. SIM changed notification is supported by the Phonelocator Periodic app - a friend can be notified via SMS when the SIM card in your phone is changed.
