To convert OLD CRT to TFT / LCD Monitor

OLD CRT output signals available :

RGB with three grounds for each/ Vertical Sync with ground / Horizontal Sync with ground.

To feed these signals to either LCD / TFT display
:

I have tried these signals as an input to PC monitor (15 pin DB connector) which results into ERROR signal : Out of Frequency.

How to connect these signals to TFT or LCD panels ????

Advantages : 1) OLD CRT to be replaced by new LCD / TFT display.

2) Bright display - easily readable, not considering viewing angle here.

3) life of CRT is reached

4) can avoid problems like stretching of images on upper / lower part of CRT display / reflection on display.
