If you are using pc , you should note a "upload file" next to post reply and you can upload the desired file.If you use phone to access CrazyEngineers then use UC browser or a inbuilt phone browser to upload the file.

I found the reason for the no "upload option".Here it is.
You should have completed 15 posts to use upload option.Now you had made 10 posts and so you have to make 5 more posts to gain access to upload option.Hope and waiting to see your talent.
