The Joe Cell?

I'm reading over this website (<a href="https://www.thejoecell.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beauty Blog - For girls who keep up with the times</a>) and wondering, still, how it is that this bubble cavitation is supposed to provide enough energy to move a piston. Has anyone else read about this? Sounds a bit like perpetual motion-like hub-bub. Opinions/insights?
