    Are you a guy who is obsessed with the Computer Vision than your own vision? Then
    K!13 has a treat for you. This edition of Kurukshetra features a grid solving cum image
    processing event. Minesweeper game has been favorites for several years now. Most of
    its popularity comes from its simplicity. The game has been developed in every platform
    today. Let us hark back to the rules of minesweeper. What we have is a minefield, with
    some treasure in it and your mission is to figure out the shortest route to the valuables
    without being exploded. Teach your bots to learn their environment, feed in some
    intelligence, turn it on, sit back and watch it win big cash for you!

    No more ‘simplify’, ‘reduce’ or ‘shorten’ but more and more of ‘complicate’, ‘convolute’
    and ‘interweave’. Keep going at it until you can’t recognize your right from your left, and
    voila!

    The event puts your basic engineering skills like mechanics, electronics and physics to
    test with so many twists and turns that it could very well be called the "Litmus test for
    engineers".

    Last date for submission of abstract has been extended upto: 30th December, 2012 .

    Are you hungry for electronics ? We are here to feed you lots of fun with electronics.
    Here's the recipe. You must have heard of contraptions. Firslty, we've tossed some
    electronics into it and we call it 'electraptions'. Next we added some noise into it. Wait,
    not signal noise. Google circuit bending, and you will know what we are talking about.
    After some bending, we go into some 'circuit bidding'. Confused ? Never mind. All you
    need is some interest in Electronics, a pen and a team. The rest, you will find out at
    Kurukshetra.
