    1) .jar file is the Java Archieve File. It's a compressed file that contains .class files or .java files which makes downloading much faster than separately downloading several uncompressed files. By using "java. util. zip", we can create the .jar files.

    2) A Stream is an abstraction that either produces or consumes information. There are two types of Streams and they are :- Byte Streams and Character Streams. Byte Streams provide a convenient means for handling input and output of bytes. And Character Streams provide a convenient means for handling input & output of characters.
