Suggest me the best pg diploma course in vlsi and embedded

the course conduct by NIELIT cochin in pg diploma in vlsi and embedded is prospective for future or not will they provide any placement assistance...I am 2012 passout 68% in b.tech but 56% in 12 and 685 in 10 will i go for this course or not please suggest i am very much confuse at this point after 1.6 year no job may u guys understand
